Big Chilli Hot Peppers


The Hot Pepper Big Chili, `Capsicum annuum,' is a compact plant and bears tremendous yields of mild, thick walled fruit. The fruit borne by Big Chili is larger than other Anaheim chili peppers. The eight inch long peppers are produced in large crops oven a long harvest period. This pepper is most often used for roasting, peeling and in cooked dishes. They should be planted in average garden soil with sufficient organic matter. Peppers will use quite a bit of water, but will prefer to be watered deeply and not very often.
