Blue Ray Blueberries


The Blueberry Blue Ray, `Vaccinium corymbosum,' is a very heavy producer of large, high quality powder blue berries. The berries have a fantastic dessert quality flavor. This spring planted herbaceous root is an old favorite, and grows as an open and upright bush. The foliage will turn to a lovely burgundy color in the autumn. The plants are able to grow in half-barrels on patios and love acidic soils. There must be at least two plant for pollination and berry production.
