Cayenne Long Slim Hot Peppers


The Hot Pepper Cayenne Long Slim, `Capsicum annuum,' produces long, dark green fruit that matures to a beautiful red. The slim fruits are pointed and wrinkled. This plant is a strong, spreading plant that grows to two feet in height. The peppers are perfect for processing and drying. The intense flavor of the fruits will add zest to sauces, salads, soups and dips. They should be planted in average garden soil with sufficient organic matter.
