"The Privet Cheyenne, ""Lugustrum vulgare,' will grow into a heavy branched, dense plant. This is the hardiest variety of the species, and will even withstand the rugged winters of zone four. These plants are well suited for growing as hedges or foundation plantings, and can be kept trimmed to any required height from eighteen inches to four feet. Its glossy, deep green foliage will persist on the plant until well into the fall months. They should be planted in full to partial sun."
