The Euonymus Emerald `n Gold, `Euonymus f. Emerald n Gold,' displays very bright, variegated green and gold foliage. This excellent dwarf evergreen bush is also tolerant of densely shaded locations. It is a low growing, tight branching, mounding and woody evergreen shrub. Its leaves become a pinkish-red color during colder weather. It will be able to grow in nearly all soils, other than swampy or excessively wet sites. For a wonderful hedge, plant the bushes one foot apart and trim them in May and August.
