Italian Flat Parsley

The Parsley Italian Dark Green Flat, `Petroselinum crispum var neapolitanum,' is somewhat larger than the Green River Parsley. It is considered by many to be the most flavorful of all parsleys. This is a flat leaved variety, as opposed to others that have ruffled leaves. When grown near roses, parsley is believed to enhance both the scent and health of the lovely flowers. This variety is wonderful in window boxes and pots, both indoors and outdoors. The seeds should be planted in the spring in a well draining soil.
