Marconi Gold Sweet Pepper

The Pepper Sweet Italian Marconi Golden, `Capsicum annuum,' is a traditional Italian sweet pepper. This pepper is believed by many to be more flavorful and very superior to traditional bell peppers. The fruits will change color from green to yellow, but are delicious when either color. The large peppers grow to one foot in length and three inches in width. Peppers require a lot of water to grow, but should be watered deeply as opposed to often. To increase fruit size, pinch off about half of the flowers.
