Marshall Delight Bee Balm


The Monarda Marshall's Delight, `Monarda didyma, is also known as Bee Balm, Bergamont, Horsemint or Oswego Tea. This is a clump forming perennial that has tubular, bi-lipped hot pink flowers and dark green aromatic foliage. They have a mature height of three feet and a spread of two to three feet. Blooming from July to August, the attract hummingbirds, butterflies and bees, especially when masses. This lovely plant will provide color and contrast for the perennial border, wild garden, meadow or herb garden, and grow nicely along ponds and streams.
