Nagano Heliotropium


The Heliotropium Nagano, `Heliotropium arborescens,' is a Proven Selections plant that produces lovely flowers that are deep purple in color. Very quick to bloom, these beautiful flowers have a very compact growing habit. The Atlantis should be planted in full sunlight or light shade in a well-drained, fertile soil. Its rich foliage and clusters of purple flowers make it a great choice for mixed planters. Often called the Heliotrope, this plant is perfect for attracting butterflies to a garden. In zones nine through eleven, it can also be used as a perennial.
