Pink Lemonade Scabiosa


The Scabiosa Pink Lemonade, `Scabiosa columbaria,' is a wonderful plant for any garden or container. Its light pink flowers will bloom from June through October and are great for attracting butterflies and hummingbirds. Also known as the Pincushion Flower, Pink Lemonade is reminiscent of a pincushion full of pins. Its green foliage is disease resistant. The plants will grow to a height of ten inches with a spread of one to two feet. This plant is excellent in rock gardens, in the front of a perennial border or in any container. They look simply great paired with Coreopsis Moonbeam or Dianthus Bath's Pink. They also make great cut flowers.
