Purple Majesty Millet Grass


The Purple Majesty Millet, `Pennisetum gauicum,' is a lovely plant with purple foliage and stems. Its purple flowering plumes give it a look similar to corn. Growing to four to five feet in height, this beautiful ornamental plant grows its attractive plumes to oven one foot in length. Even though it is an annual, the Purple Majesty Millet makes a great ornamental plant that will be the center of attention in any garden.
