Robert Fleming Hibiscus

The Hibiscus Robert Fleming was named after the middle brother in the Fleming family. This is one of the most unique Hibiscus plants available. The plant grows to three feet in height and produces spectacular ten inch dark red flowers that appear almost black at first. The green foliage makes a wonderful contrast to the color of the blooms. This plant should be planted in a location of full sunlight, but it will tolerate most types of soil. This plant looks wonderful with grasses, or as a background plant.
