Sun Bell Sweet Bell Peppers


The Sweet Bell Pepper Sun Bell, `Capsicum annuum,' is an extremely sweet, four lobed pepper that will grow to five inches long by four inches wide. The four to six ounce pepper starts out a beautiful golden yellow, and becomes bright at maturity. The fruits are very sweet at all stages of their growth, and are excellent for salads or stuffing. Early flowers should be pinched off to encourage plant growth. They should be planted in average garden soul with sufficient organic matter. The plants should be watered deeply, as opposed to often.
