Variegated Liriope


The Liriope Variegated, `Liriope muscari Variegata,' is also known by the name of Liriope variegated lily-turf. This is a variegated border grass, as its name implies. The grassy foliage is edges with a creamy yellow color. The purple blue blooms are similar to grape hyacinths, and appear on the tops of the tidy nine to twelve inch plants in early fall. This plant is excellent for edging or ground cover applications.
